Our passion at Swoosh Canada Basketball has always been the growth and skill development of our athletes. We are unique because we place players from Edmonton with players from rural areas in Alberta to give them the opportunity to play at the highest level of basketball possible.

We currently host a variety of basketball programs including four major basketball tournaments:
 

•      Swoosh Easter Classic

•      All-In-One Tournament

•      Volvo of Edmonton Hoops Showcase

•      Columbine Coach lines Ltd.

 

These events will bring in a total of over 200 teams from across Western Canada. This will allow us to give away over 3,750 t-shirts with your logo and have over 10,000 players and spectators seeing your logo in our gyms, on our uniforms and in our programs as they enjoy our events.

 

Traveling elite girls and boys teams compete in tournaments in California and Las Vegas on our "Swoosh Summer Tour" to help them find scholarships and achieve their dreams of playing college basketball. These athletes are proud and excited to be a part of Swoosh and will wear gear with your logo on it at our tournaments, training and even when they attend non-Swoosh events.

 

All Girls Clinic – only one in Alberta brings in over 100 players being taught by the top coaches in the country. For the past 3-years we have had Shawnee Harle, the assistant coach from Canada's National team, coach this clinic. Help support the growth of strong independent women in our community by sponsoring this event.

 

Homeschool Basketball Program - the only one in all of Canada and "NEW" this year we have started a program in Calgary. We have over 50 players in this 42-week program. This is a great way to get market penetration to a high net-worth demographic group.

 

Swoosh Basketball Academy - a four week program to help players we find develop their skills and become better players. Another opportunity to place your logo on athletic gear and get “eyes-on” value in the gym.

 

Junior High Basketball Academy - to help players from Junior High School level refine their skills. Develop brand loyalty early with our Junior High program.

 

Traveling Camp in St. Paul, Alberta. We bring coaches from the city to small towns and help players that cannot afford to travel. A great way to reach outside the urban market with low cost, high value and the positive association of Swoosh Canada Basketball.

 

Fund Raising - In order to keep the costs of these programs affordable, Swoosh will be involved in a variety of fundraisers this up and coming season of 2017. The fundraisers that we do is to ensure that all players will have the opportunity to play high level basketball. We raise funds to make sure that our program is accessible to all families regardless of their economic status. It is a tragedy that some children are hindered in chasing their athletic dreams by a lack of financial wherewithal. You can help make a child’s dream come true.
